The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items needed to renovate building 1502 as defined below and in accordance with attached drawings (26017_Bldg 1502 Finish Upgrades_ARCH): Base Bid: Remodeling of 10 bathrooms, replacement of 4 water fountains, and communications closet renovation Option 1: Replace carpet tile on second floor.

Option 2: Replace carpet tile on first floor.

Option 3: Conference Room lighting renovation.

Site visit has been changed to 8 September at 0900 and Section 00 10 00 has changed to now say that, "electronic submissions will be accepted." RFIs are due NLT 10 September 2026.
