The U.S.

Coast Guard requires contractor support in providing monthly elevator maintenance/inspection and annual inspection for one (1) US Elevator Ascension 2000 model located at C5ISC and one (1) Dover Elevator Oildraulic DMC-1 model located at the UPH (Barracks) Building.

Both buildings are located onboard USCG Base Portsmouth located at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd Portsmouth, VA 23703.

The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation with the anticipated period of performance, which is subject to change prior to award: Base Year: 9/25/26 - 9/24/27 Option Year One: 9/25/27 - 9/24/28 Option Year Two: 9/25/28 - 9/24/29 Option Year Three: 9/25/29 - 9/24/30 Option Year Four: 9/25/30 - 9/24/31 The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: Quotations will be evaluated in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion.

For all interested parties, a site visit will be held a USCG Base Portsmouth located at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703 on 9/16/26 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

To attend the site vist, please coordiante with Frank Burton and DC1 Pena to ensure proper Base access forms are completed and submitted timely.
