The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, parts, vehicles, personnel, labor, supervision, and management to perform inspections and maintenance including all repair services to five aircraft metal roof sunshades on Joint Base Langley- Eustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (AFB), Virginia (VA), to include but not limited to: structure LED lights, bird nesting mitigation, lightning protection inspection, obstruction lighting, safety reflective devices, fall protection and any other attached features.

The contractor shall perform inspections, maintenance and repairs in accordance with (IAW) original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications, procedures, industry standards, or best practices, (in that order), and in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local building codes and regulations or equivalent military standard Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Unified Facility Guide Specifications (UFGS).
