CNF WATER SAMPLE TESTING This solicitation is to establish a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements, Non-Personal Services contract for water sample testing for the Forest Service, Chugach National Forest (CNF), Southcentral Alaska.
Purpose: The purpose of this contract is to ensure compliance with federal and state drinking water regulations, obtain certified laboratory analyses, maintain operational readiness, and protect public health at forest service facilities.
Description of Services: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and all other items and non-personal services necessary to perform water sample testing for the Forest Service, Chugach National Forest, located in Southcentral Alaska.
Services shall include the testing and analysis of water samples for specified contaminants, including Coliform, Nitrate, Lead and Copper, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Arsenic, and any additional testing required to ensure safe drinking water throughout Southcentral Alaska.
Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at the contractor’s designated laboratory facility within 120 driving miles of both Girdwood and Moose Pass.
Contract Type: The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements, Non-Personal Services contract with up to a 5-Year Ordering Period.
Performance shall be made only as authorized by Task Orders issued IAW the Ordering Clause.
Subject to any limitations in the Order Limitations Clause or elsewhere in this contract, the contractor shall furnish to the Government all services specified in the Schedule of Items and called for by orders issued IAW the Ordering Clause.
