The Town of Davie is looking to move the Housing and Community Affairs Division from their facility located at 4700 Davie Rd, Davie, FL 33314; the Code Compliance Division from the Town of Davie's Police Department located at 1230 S Nob Hill Rd, Davie, FL 33324; and its current (temporary) Town Hall office furniture and other contents located within Pine Island Park (exact address: 8800 SW 36th Street, Davie, FL 33328) to the new (permanent) Town Hall location (6591 Orange Drive, Davie, FL 33314). The current (temporary) Town Hall location is comprised of four (4) modulars, which accommodate approximately 130 employees within 12 departments. The current (temporary) Town Hall site is comprised of approximately 26,000 square feet of offices within the four (4) modulars. The move from the aforementioned locations to the new (permanent) Town Hall location aims to provide a swift and secure transition to minimize downtime for all Town of Davie services internally and externally. Digital tracking is recommended for optimal efficiency. PLEASE NOTE: A site visit, it will immediately follow the Pre-Proposal Conference. In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-proposal conference and site visit. The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-proposal conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-proposal conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
