What this contract is for
Site Visit Update: A site visit will be scheduled for Thursday, 16 July 2026 at 9:00 am CDT at JBSA Lackland, TX. The meeting place will be the Luke East Gate visitor's center (2602 Luke Blvd, Lackland Air Force Base, TX 78236). Departure to the site will be promptly at 8:45 am CST. The Government WILL NOT provide transportation to travel between the sites. The Government reserves the right to dismiss any individual in attendance not adhering to the aforementioned safety measures. Recommend arriving 45 minutes earlier to sign in and retrieve your pass. Interested parties should send a request to both SSgt Aaron Scott and N. Marie Phillips at [email protected] & [email protected], NOT LATER THAN Monday, 13 July 2026 at 11:00 am CDT. The request must include: Full Name, Date of Birth, Country of birth, State Issued REAL ID # (i.e., Driver's License #), and State of issuance. Interested parties are required to have a copy of a valid REAL ID Driver's License, vehicle registration, and insurance on hand in order to receive a base pass. If the driver's license has not been updated to the REAL ID, interested parties will need a passport along with a driver's license. If this type of documentation is not provided, a base pass will not be issued and attendance will not be granted. Requests received after the Monday, 13 July 2026, 11:00 am CST deadline will not be eligible for advance base access processing. While late registrants may still attend, they must allow sufficient time to go through the process to obtain a visitor's pass at the Luke East Gate visitor's center prior to departure.
