The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) provisions for Centrex Voice Services as required by Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT). The instant acquisition requires the contractor to provide commercially available integrated voice services via Central Office (CO) based, dial tone facilities to defense activities located at: •Naval Station (NAVSTA) Norfolk, VA to include the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Hampton Roads, Norfolk, VA and Lafayette River Annex, Norfolk, VA •Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/Fort Story (JEBLC/FT STORY), Norfolk/Virginia Beach, VA The services will be acquired on an unrestricted basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 15 – Contracting by Negotiation, and FAR Subpart 16.5 – Indefinite-Delivery Contracts This requirement is a follow-on effort to contract N00189-11-D-0013, currently being performed by Verizon Business Network Services, Inc. The requirement for voice services will consist of a twelve-month base period of performance that will commence on or about 19 August 2016 and include option provisions to incorporate four one-year option periods thereafter. The solicitation and resulting award will contain FAR Clause 52.217-8 – Option to Extend Services, which could potentially extend services for up to a six month period.
