What this contract is for

The Government is issuing the current Draft of the Statement of Work and Performance Specification. TSC III LOT II Prime Contractors (Potential Offerors) may request the Statement of Work and Performance Specifications as outlined below. Potential Offerors are hereby informed that the documents may change. All final documents will be included in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government is finalizing the RFP and anticipates releasing the Final RFP on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website at https://www.neco.navy.mil and the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov/ in April 2016. AMRDEC SAFE ACCESS FILE EXCHANGE (AMRDEC) FOR CERTAIN ATTACHMENTS IN SECTION J The following Attachments listed in Section J listed below will be made available via the AMRDEC Safe Access File Exchange due to some of the documents markings: • Attachment 1: Statement of Work (Draft) • Attachment 2: Performance Specification (Draft) The TSC III LOT II Prime Contractor interested in obtaining copies of the documents shall submit their request to the cognizant Contracting Officer, via the Contract Specialist, Ms. Kim Phung ([email protected] ) in order to have the AMRDEC password sent to them. Requests for attachments shall be executed by an individual with authority to bind the company in such an agreement. Once the request is processed and approved by the cognizant Contracting Officer, an AMRDEC password will be sent to the requesting Potential Offeror. Recipients will automatically be notified via email when they have been added as a recipient to a package. The email they receive will contain a link and a password.
