What this contract is for
The Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a total small business set-aside procurement to obtain expeditionary logistics and life support services for the Coastal Riverine Squadron FOUR Company (CRS 4 COM) operating in Panama. This ashore and seaward security presence is part of a larger U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) directed mission: Approximately 28 CRS 4 personnel (to include ammunition) will require small boat launch and recovery services, vehicles, cellular phones, international phone cards, bottled water, personnel and equipment between operating sites for duration of mission 19 October through 13 December 2016. It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and delivered and operating upon arrival of forces unless otherwise specified by COR. The Contractor shall work closely with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling, ensuring effective completion of all services described herein. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, personnel, operational and technical support to perform the statement of work for the execution of this mission. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. The solicitation will be available around 16 SEP 2016 and contract award no later than 07 OCT 2016.
