What this contract is for
The Government will provide One-on-One communication opportunities for the subject project by holding individual 60-minute time blocks for interested parties at the Washington Navy Yard. One-on-One meetings will be scheduled from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm EST on May 23 - May 25, 2017, as necessary. One-on-One sessions will not exceed 60 minutes in length. Scheduling of One-on-One appointment times will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Project Description: P114, Medical Center Addition/Alteration (MCAA), Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Naval Support Activity Bethesda, Bethesda, MD MILCON, which consists of constructing a new addition for in-patient and out-patient medical care (approximately 590,000 GSF), renovation of two (2) existing hospital buildings (approximately 125,000 GSF), and demolition of six (6) existing hospital buildings (approximately 330,000 GSF). One-on-One Meeting Description: To facilitate interactive communications with industry, NAVFAC personnel will be available for private One-on-One Meetings. NAVFAC will hold One-on-One Meetings with industry on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 up to Thursday, May 25, 2017 to discuss the anticipated NAVFAC P114 procurement. The meetings will be held at predefined time blocks with those interested parties that request a One-on-One meeting when submitting a reservation request. NAVFAC will schedule the One-on-One Meetings on a first-come-first-serve basis. The One-on-One Meetings are intended to be question and answer sessions in which neither side will be making a formal presentation; recording (including, but not limited to, photo, video, and audio-recording) devices are prohibited.
