**** PLEASE NOTE, THE DETAILS OF THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE HAVE CHANGED AS FOLLOWS **** The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability for providing Residential Reentry center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement services (home confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes located in the Kansas City, Kansas area, within one of the following counties: Leavenworth, and Wyandotte. Both the RRC services for in-house RRC beds and the Home Confinement services for home confinement placements shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work entitled, "Residential Reentry Center, April 2017. Home Confinement services (for home confinement placements) are specifically defined in chapter 10, programs, of the aforementioned SOW. Additional requirements for these services are referenced throughout the SOW as well. This will be for (an) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract(s) with firm fixed unit prices for Line Item 1 and Line Item 2. The RRC requirement will be for a guaranteed minimum of twenty (20) in-house male inmate beds with an estimated maximum of seventy-eight (78) in-house male inmate beds, and a guaranteed minimum of two (2) in-house female inmate beds with an estimated maximum of seven (7) in-house female inmate beds for the one-year Base Period; and for a an estimated maximum of seventy-eight (78) in-house male inmate beds, and an estimated maximum of seven (7) in-house female inmate beds for each of the nine one-year option periods thereafter, if any options are exercised.
