DESCRIPTION Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, Lafayette River Annex (LRA) (6506 Hampton Blvd. Norfolk, VA 23508) has a requirement for telephone maintenance. A full statement of work is hereto attached. REQUESTED INFORMATION • Name and brief description of the responding firm. Respondents should include information as to whether or not the firm is a small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517919, All Other Telecommunications. The small business size standard under NAICS code 517919 is $32.5 million. If a small business concern, please provide information, on which, if any; of the sub-categories of small business (certified by SBA as a HUBZone SB, self-certified as a SDB, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB and/or 8(a) Program SB) you qualify. This requirement is currently a part of the 8(a) Business Development Program. • Provide a capabilities statement exhibiting the company’s ability to meet the requirements mentioned in the Statement of Work. The requirements as specified are necessary to provide telephone maintenance to the Lafayette River Annex. Contractor must be local in order to meet on-site support requirements.
