DESCRIPTION Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic, Lafayette River Annex (LRA) (6506 Hampton Blvd.

Norfolk, VA 23508) has a requirement for telephone maintenance.

A full statement of work is hereto attached.

REQUESTED INFORMATION â€¢ Name and brief description of the responding firm.

Respondents should include information as to whether or not the firm is a small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517919, All Other Telecommunications.

The small business size standard under NAICS code 517919 is $32.5 million.

If a small business concern, please provide information, on which, if any; of the sub-categories of small business (certified by SBA as a HUBZone SB, self-certified as a SDB, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB and/or 8(a) Program SB) you qualify.

This requirement is currently a part of the 8(a) Business Development Program. â€¢ Provide a capabilities statement exhibiting the companyâ€™s ability to meet the requirements mentioned in the Statement of Work.
