This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only notification.

No solicitation is currently provided.

This notice neither constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ), nor an Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government in any way to an ultimate acquisition approach.

Readers shall not construe this pre-solicitation notice as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.

The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order to a small business concern.

The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 541519, with a size standard of 150 Employees.

Prospective contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible to receive an award, preferably under the stated NAICS.

For more information, visit the website at https://www.sam.gov.

In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) FAR12.201-1, Simplified Procedures, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (MICC-JBLM) intends to solicit quotations directly from suppliers to furnish one (1) CreaForm HandySCAN EVO Elite with Accu+ Kit, Scan-to-CAD software suite and support, ZBook G1i 16 Premium laptop, required accessories, customer care plan, accident coverage, end user training, and associated shipping fees.

The Government will not post comments or responses to submitted comments.

Official solicitation and documents

The full solicitation, any attachments, and the actual submission instructions live on the official listing, not on this page. Oppward summarizes public record data; it does not host or mirror the source documents.

Oppward is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAM.gov or any government agency. This page is a plain-English summary of public record data; the linked source above is the authoritative listing.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
