INSTRUCTIONS TO QUOTERS: This procurement is being conducted under RFO Subpart 12.201-1, “Simplified Procedure”.

The Government is issuing this Request of Quotations (RFQ) followed by a purchase order to one (1) quoter.

The Government will utilize the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process in accordance with DFARS 215.151-2 for this requirement.

QUESTIONS Submission DUE: September 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Eastern): submit all questions to: [email protected].

RFQ Submission DUE: September 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM (Eastern): Quoters shall submit their quotation before the due date and time for this solicitation.

All proposals shall be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. *All Quoter’s shall be registered in PIEE (Quotes will only be accepted via PIEE/Solicitation Module).

Quotes sent through proprietary or third-party File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites or DoD SAFE will not be retrieved.

It is the responsibility of the Quoter to confirm receipt of Quotes.
