This is a market survey issued to identify sources for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Requirements Type Contract for the acquisition of Reliability and Probability Training (FAA28335) for Flight Standards and Aircraft Certification Airworthiness Inspectors / Engineers employed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The contractor is to provide Reliability and Probability Training to FAA Airworthiness Inspectors / Engineers.

The contractor may provide this training through their standard courses offered to the public, other Government agencies or by submitting courses solely intended for FAA inspectors.

The FAA estimates this course to provide approximately 72 hours of instruction and class size should not exceed a maximum of 12 students.

The purpose of this survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses that are interested in and capable of providing the Reliability and Probability Training for Flight Standards and Aircraft Certification Airworthiness Inspectors / Engineers.

In order to make the determination, the FAA requires the following from interested vendors in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS): 1.
