GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: Virginia City: Charlottesville Delineated Area: Point of Beginning: Intersection of Rivanna River and Route 29.
Southeast on Rivanna River to Richmond Road.

West on I-64 to Ivy Creek.
