Pre-Solicitation Conference Announcement for Contracted Maintenance, Modification, Aircrew and Related Services (CMMARS) The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division will host a Pre-Solicitation Conference for the Contracted Maintenance, Modification, Aircrew and Related Services (CMMARS) program. When: Tentatively scheduled for May 15-17, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A general session will be held in the morning with individual sessions in the afternoon on May 15, 2018. Individual sessions are tentatively scheduled for May 16-17, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Where: Southern Maryland Higher Education Center, 44219 Airport Road, California, MD 20619 Purpose: Provide an overview of the draft request for proposal (RFP) and facilitate Government and industry communication with the intent of promoting a better understanding of the Government’s requirement. The one-on-one sessions encourage active industry participation in the review of the RFP and will allow interested parties to ask the Government questions to better understand the requirements. The anticipated applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 488190 Other Support Activities for Air Transportation, with a size standard of $32.5 million and the Product Service Code of J015 Maintenance and Repair of Aircraft. This effort is currently estimated at $12.6 billion. The draft RFP, N61340-18-R-1199, is tentatively scheduled for release in May 2018. The anticipated award date is in March 2019.
