What this contract is for

Project Title: B6030 A/C Roof Repair Project Location: Dyess AFB, TX 79607 Project Description: This contract is to provide an all new, prefinished, standing seam metal roof to replace the standing seam metal roof. All new roofing materials and accessories shall be sourced from the same manufacturer, to ensure 100% compatibility, and to achieve a minimum 20-year, No Dollar Limit (NDL) leak-proof guarantee for the entire assembly. The warranty must cover at a minimum UL-90 wind parameters. Project Magnitude: The disclosure of the magnitude for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Project Length: Period of Performance: 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Site Visit: The Site Visit will be held on 20 July 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. The building is located at B6030, 617 Ave C., Dyess AFB, TX 79607.
