What this contract is for
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit as a Small Business set aside, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, IMF and SWFPAC, Bremerton, WA for the acquisition of LIQUID SCINTILLATION COUNTER (LSC)in accordance with government specifications. FOB Destination pricing required. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Electronic submission of quotes is available through the NECO website. To be negotiated on a small business set-aside basis. This requirement is to be solicited as a full and open competition under commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation is scheduled to be posted on 08/30/18 with a due response date of 09/07/18. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound.
