The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego, Port Hueneme Site, CA is currently soliciting offers for Global Business Support (GBS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) via the on-ramping procedures outlined in the original solicitation N00244-13-R-0047 and subsequent contract awards. This opportunity is to add additional vendors for support in Area I-Hawaii and Guam. The GBS MAC program provides non-personal contract labor support in the following functional areas: Administrative Support and Clerical Services, Quarters Management Services, Healthcare Services (Except Doctors, Nurses or Physician Assistants), Information and Arts, Information Technology, Maritime Material Handling, Mechanics and Maintenance and Repair, Plant and System Operation, Engineering/Technical Support, Mobile Equipment Operation, Financial Management, Specialized Technology, Industrial Services, and General Services and Support. GBS MACs are for Service Contract Act covered services with incidental professional support. The government intends to award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation and resulting contract will be for one base six-month period and two additional one-year option periods. Estimated start date is March 2019.
