Request for Information Identity and Access Management Software and Professional Services 2032L226N00012 RFI-TCSC-26-047 The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to find capable vendors to support the US Treasury Common Service Center (TCSC) user analytics software and related services that may enhance the U.S. Department of the Treasury's ability to understand, measure, and improve user interactions across Treasury websites, web applications, and digital services. VENDORS MUST REVIEW THE ENTIRE REQUIREMENT AND SHALL ONLY RESPOND IF FULLY CAPABLE OF SATISFYING ALL ASPECTS OF THE REQUIREMENT. This is an RFI for market research purposes, and not a solicitation. I. SCOPE SUMMARY (see DRAFT PWS for requirement details) The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to establish a solution for the Treasury’s ability to understand, measure, and improve user interactions across Treasury websites, web applications, and digital services II. ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The Period of Performance is to be determined. III. ADDITIONAL DETAILS NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
