What this contract is for
Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest is announcing its intent to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP) for Natural Resource Services at various locations within Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest’s (NAVFAC SW) area of responsibility including but not limited to the following States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and the States of Oregon and Washington. This procurement is a 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside with the intent to award no more than four Firm-Fixed Price, multiple award contracts under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS Code is $15 Million. The services to be acquired will be for offerors to perform natural resource services at various locations within Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest (NAVFAC SW) area of responsibility including but not limited to the following States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and the States of Oregon and Washington. Natural resource services include biomonitoring, inventorying, surveying, mapping and related technical data and reports in compliance with applicable Department of Defense (DoD); Department of Navy (DON); Federal, State and local statutes and regulations; and with DoD and DON policies, instructions and guidance in accordance with the contract requirements. Formal source selection procedures will be followed as prescribed by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 and DFAR Supplement as applicable.
