DESCRIPTION This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with responding to this notice. The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Hood, Texas, is conducting market research to identify qualified Small Business firms capable of performing paving and horizontal construction services under a proposed Follow-On Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a magnitude between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. This requirement will support recurring and non-recurring paving needs for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) across Fort Hood. 2.
