What this contract is for

This Modification Notice is issued to extend the comment period for the “DRAFT� solicitation, revise the anticipated date of final RFP issuance, and provide the tentative date for the site visit. The review period for potential offerors to submit questions and comments related to the “DRAFT� solicitation is hereby extended to 12:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, 24 April 2019. Comments shall be submitted via a “Bidder Inquiry� in ProjNet at https://www.projnet.org/projnet. Reference section L.4 PRE-AWARD INQUIRIES of the “DRAFT� solicitation for additional information and instructions. The Government will review all comments received and incorporate changes to the final RFP and attachments as appropriate. The anticipated date of final RFP issuance is on or about Monday, 29 April 2019. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. The site visit is tentatively scheduled for the week of 6 May 2019 at Naval Submarine Base (NSB) Kings Bay, Georgia, and outlying areas. Additional details regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation.
