This is a Sources Sought - Market Reearch Purposes ONLY This project is to convert approximately 14,000 square feet of existing hangar space into Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), Special Access Program Facility (SAP-F), and Open Storage space at Hangar B6413, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana.

Target Price Range (TPR): Target Price Range (TPR): The Government has established a Target Price Range (TPR) for construction between $6,146,595.02 (the estimated Construction Budget) and $6,385,000.00 (the strict CCL / CWE limit), within a total Programmed Amount (PA) of $13,500,000.00.

Projected Award Date: The Government targets the formal award of the potential Agreement Phase 1 (Design and Preconstruction Services) on or about Second or Third Quarter of FY27.

Period of Performance (POP): Approximately 1000 calendar days following the potential execution of the Phase 2 Construction modification.
