The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice.

The 176th Wing (176WG), Alaska Air National Guard (AKANG), intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Alaska Channel Inc. in Anchorage, AK.

This action is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), which allows for soliciting from a single source when the contracting officer determines that only one source is reasonably available.

The Government requires a commercial mobile advertising package to support the 176th Wing's recruiting and community engagement mission.

Specifically, the requirement is for the final formatting, production, installation, and annual placement of one (1) full bus wrap on the Anchorage People Mover municipal transit system.

A Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this notice for review.

The determination to pursue a sole-source award is based on the assessment that Alaska Channel Inc. holds the exclusive municipal contract and legal authority to sell, manage, and place exterior advertising (including full bus wraps) on the Municipality of Anchorage’s People Mover transit fleet.

Therefore, they are the only source reasonably available to satisfy the Government's requirement for this specific mobile advertising avenue.

Instructions for Interested Parties: All responsible sources that believe they can meet the full requirements outlined in the attached Draft PWS are invited to submit a detailed capability statement.

Capability statements must be submitted electronically to the Point of Contact listed above no later than the response date and time.
