Little Rock AFB is seeking aE-36 Smart Trailer Airfield Deicer IAW Attachment, 1 – Salient Characteristics.

Please review all attachments, a complete quote consists of the following: a) Complete the solicitation attached with Pricing and Quote. b) Review ENTIRE solicitation and fill in all required provisions and clauses.

If the annual certification has been completed in the System for Award Management (SAM), FAR 52.212-3 does not need to be completed. c) All vendors must have an active registration in SAM at time of quote submission.

Award will be made based on price and techincally acceptable.

Questions are due by Septemeber 11, 2026 at 8 AM CST.

Purchase is for or an equivant that meets or exceeds the following: 1.

Item –a Team Eagle ST-1100 Smart Trailer Airfield Deicer or equalvalent.

Salient Characteristics: 1000-gallon (3785 Litre) poly tank, 3-inch product pump, 13 HP Honda electric start engine, Tubular steel frame trailer, power coated finish, twin axles with electric brakes and 16-inch 8-lug rims with10 ply tires.

Manual-fold spray booms with breakaway technology individually controlled so you can adjust from 8 feet wide with booms folded and 50 feet wide when fully extended.

Variable Orifice (VO) spray nozzles and GVS speed sensor let you adjust based on vehicle speed of 1 to 35 mph and product flow needed.

Anti-drip design closes the nozzle when vehicle stops.

Compact smart spray controller with long cord for installing the controller within the cab of the vehicle.

Heavy duty jack, 3-inch pintle-hook hitch and safety chains.

One day training on delivery site on the operation of the unit.

Vendors shall perform all work IAW with the Salient Characteristics.

Vendors shall maintain a Cage Code in SAM.gov with their company name.
