Project Background and Objective The U.S.

Coast Guard requires complete renovations of the Aircrew Duty Berthing Room in Building D at Sector San Diego.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to modernize the space for active-duty personnel.

Scope of Work (Summary) - Please review the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for full technical requirements, safety standards, and applicable codes.

The Contractor is responsible for the demolition of existing materials and the installation of new commercial-grade fixtures.

Key tasks include: Lighting Renovation: Replace existing light fixtures with new fully dimmable LED fixtures featuring a selectable red-light mode across 6 sleeping rooms, 1 central hallway, and 1 bathroom.

Bathroom Renovation: Demolish existing fixtures, tile, and shower pan.

Install a new commercial-grade toilet, sink/vanity with enclosed storage, shower pan, low-maintenance sheet vinyl flooring, and a new mirror.

Flooring Installation: Remove approximately 590 sq ft of existing carpet and install new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, including new baseboards and trim.

Interior Painting: Prepare and paint all interior walls and trim in the 6 sleeping rooms and the common passageway.
