The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for construction services to include the Inspection, testing, and repair of the electrical power distribution system at the Muskogee Oklahoma VA Medical Center.
