The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items to West Publishing Corporation dba West, A Thomson Reuters Business for the procurement of Westlaw On-line subscription for Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). West Publishing Corporation is the sole source provider for Westlaw. West Publishing Corporation has the sole ownership of Westlaw on-line subscription which includes the exclusive content, features, and services listed. This system allows access to the myriad of laws and statutes, rules, regulation as well as court and agency decisions, which impact the mission of the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, Jacksonville. Intended use is as a research tool to carry out the mission in diverse practice areas, including but not limited to: civilian personnel law, labor and employment law, fiscal/acquisition law, and ethics. Westlaw software has proven compatible with existing operating systems at FRCSE. The required Westlaw software shall be delivered to FRCSE five (5) days after contract award. This procurement is for the annual subscription renewal period of 01 July 2019 through 30 June 2020 with four (4) one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) that this work falls under is 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals, with a size standard of 1000 employees.
