What this contract is for

This requirement is to be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
