This is not a request for proposals, quotations or bids. There will not be a solicitation, specifications, or drawings available at this time. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, East Campus Integrated Program Office (ECIPO) requests letters of interest from potential prime construction contractors. The information received will be used for acquisition planning purposes to determine the appropriate procurement strategy and to identify and resolve business and technical risks. The Government will not award a contract based on this notice, nor will it reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response.
