NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Steel-Backed Rubber Chablon Plates Blanket Purchase Agreement The Treasury Common Services Center- Acquisition Services intends to award a five (5) year sole source Firm Fixed Price blanket purchase agreement on behalf of the Office of Engraving for steel-backed rubber chablon plates for the Eastern and Western currency facilities. The plates are proprietary and can only be acquired from Kaspar Graphic Solutions. Therefore, the Government intends to award a sole source contract to Kaspar Graphic Solutions in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. **The solicitation will not be posted** Capability statement, comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice MUST be received via email ONLY to [email protected] NO LATER THAN 3:00PM, EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME, 27 July 2026.
