What this contract is for

The contractor will also be responsible for providing furniture, fixtures, and equipment based upon the drawings and documentation provided in the Specifications package. The building and site infrastructure are required to have a minimum life expectancy of 10 to 15 years. This project is planned for advertisement starting in August 2026, with an award planned for by September 2026.
