What this contract is for

Multiple issues have developed along Carswell Street that have needed repairs, modifications, and additions to stabilize the road and minimize water ponding, potholes and other surface improvements that made the road unsafe for driving conditions. For more details regarding the project, refer to attachment: D2 - Phase III SOW AMENDMENT 1 This amendment is to add the attachment: Carswell Site Visit Location, to the list of attachments. As a reminder if you plan on attending the site visit all attendees MUST have base access. If personel does not have base access they MUST fill out the UAR form found in the attachment list and submit to both POC's listed for this solicitation. AMENDMENT 2 This amendment is to add the attachment: Jul 1 Site Visit Sign In Sheet AMENDMENT 3 This amendment is to add the attachment: Repair Carswell Ave. - Q and A Master. This attachment consists of all timely received questions and their corresponding answers from the Project Manager. Amendment 4 The prpose of this amendment is to add Clause 52.228-15, Provision 52.228-1, and extend solicitation due date from 17 July 2026 to 24 July 2026. (See updated SF1442 and SF30).
