The RTI Directorate provides the U.S. Army with secure communications and networking technologies through research and development (R&D) innovations. This BAA invites industry to submit innovative science and technology (S&T) proposals that address the technical portfolio areas of the RTI Directorate: (1) Soldier & Platform Mission Equipment, (2) Spectrum Dominance & Intelligence, and (3) Advanced Technology.
