DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ENTERPRISE VIRTUAL PHYSICAL THERAPY CAPABILITY FOR MUSCULOSKELETAL AND PELVIC FLOOR REHABILITATION SUPPORTING ACTIVE-DUTY MEDICAL READINESS AND MILITARY HEALTH SYSTEM BENEFICIARY CARE Purpose: The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify commercially available Enterprise Virtual Physical Therapy capabilities that support rehabilitation of musculoskeletal (MSK) and pelvic floor conditions while improving access to care, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of existing Defense Health Agency (DHA) Military Treatment Facility (MTF) physical therapy resources, supporting active-duty medical readiness, and improving beneficiary care.

Information received in response to this Request for Information (RFI) will assist the Government in understanding commercially available capabilities, refining future requirements, informing acquisition planning, and supporting the development of a future solicitation, if appropriate.

This RFI is issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations.

This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or any commitment by the Government to award a contract or otherwise procure the services described herein.
