This notice is issued in accordance with FAR 5.201, regarding the publicizing of proposed contract actions.

The U.

Department of State intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor, Systems Plus, Inc., Rockville, Maryland, for continued support of the National Foreign Affairs Training Center (NFATC) operations.

Services include instructional systems design, digital learning support, educational delivery support, multimedia services, instructional technology support, learning analytics, and related learning product support services.

The proposed bridge contract is intended to ensure continuity of essential services for an anticipated period of performance of 12 months while the Government competes the acquisition for the competitive follow-on requirement.

The Government intends to award the proposed bridge contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The incumbent contractor currently provides these services and possesses the operational experience and institutional knowledge necessary to continue performance without disruption during the interim bridge period.
