Note: Time for site visited has been corrected to 10AM Arizona Time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The USIBWC is issuing a Solicitation (negotiated) for the design and construction (design-build) of the Sludge Dryer Building within the USIBWC’s Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, in Rio Rico, Santa Cruz County, Arizona.

This new building shall house the sludge dryer purchased for the plant.

Description of the Work: Work as noted in the SOW: The project includes: Design and construction of a new building to accommodate the sludge dryer system and associated equipment.

Demolition of the existing belt filter presses and related polymer system components (excluding concrete foundations, overhead structure, and electrical motor control centers).

Relocation of an existing three-sided metal structure.

All associated site work, utilities, permitting, and commissioning to deliver a fully operational, code-compliant, and ready-to-use facility.

The final product shall be a fully commissioned, turn-key building with all required utilities (water, sanitary sewer, communications, electrical, fire protection, etc.) and site improvements, ready for immediate use upon completion.
