Notice of Intent to Award / Sole Source The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, enter facility name intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to Hill-Rom, Inc for an annual service agreement consisting of an Extended Service Agreement (ESA) and Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) to maintain the existing Nurse Call System in an operational and manufacturer-supported condition.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award.
