Multi-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Base and 4 Option Years (5YR –This is a non-personal services contract to provide road maintenance services to the Chattahoochee–Oconee National Forests.
FOR: Ranger Districts on the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests: -Chattooga River Ranger District - 9975 US-441 Lakemont, GA 30552 -Oconee Ranger District - 1199 Madison Rd Eatonton, GA 31024 -Conasauga Ranger District - 3941 US-76 Chatsworth, GA 30705 -Blue Ridge Ranger District - 2042 GA-515 Blairsville, GA 30512 The Period of Performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month Option Years, as follows: Base Year September 1, 2026 – August 30, 2027 Option Year 1 September 1, 2027 – August 30, 2028 Option Year 2 September 1, 2028 – August 30, 2029 Option Year 3 September 1, 2029 –August 30, 2030 Option Year 4 September 1, 2030 – August 30, 2031 -It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price multi-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Evaluation and Basis for Award The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation—Commercial Products and Commercial Servicesis not applicable to this solicitation.
In lieu of this provision, quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 12.203 based on the criteria listed below.
Award(s) will be made to the offeror(s) representing the best value to the Government.
