The Indian Health Service (IHS), Whiteriver Service Unit (WRSU), Whiteriver, Arizona, has a requirement for a full-service preventive maintenance and repair agreement for one (1) **Getinge MRG 2400 Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Treatment System** located in the Central Sterile Reprocessing (CSR) Department.
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, travel, materials, tools, equipment, preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, calibration, repairs, and OEM replacement parts necessary to maintain the system in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
The contractor shall be an authorized service provider for Getinge equipment and shall ensure all work complies with applicable Federal, State, Tribal, local, NFPA, and Joint Commission requirements.
The contractor shall perform scheduled preventive maintenance during normal business hours, respond to corrective maintenance requests by the next business day, and provide detailed service reports after each service visit.
Documentation of current manufacturer authorization and technician qualifications shall be submitted with the quotation.
This acquisition is anticipated to result in a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
