This BAA addresses DLA's need for scientific study and experimentation directed toward advancing the state-of-the-art or increasing knowledge or understanding in Areas of Interest not anticipated by DLA's annual R&D program planning and development processes.
Interested parties may submit an initial summary of your plan, referred to as a "White Paper," describing a specific project related to an Area of Interest listing in Attachment B to this BAA.
