What this contract is for

This announcement constitutes a Request for Quote. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. Per RFO Subpart 32.706?1(a), the Contracting Office hereby notifies prospective vendors that this solicitation will be subject to RFO clause 52.232?18 “Availability of Funds (1984)” Funds are not presently available for this contract. All quotes must have an expiration date no earlier than September 30 2026. This solicitation will be for the supply and installation of a mezzanine cabinet system to properly secure and maintain all required equipment, tools, and hazardous materials. The required item should include the following: a. Stackable cabinets/drawers with a walkway b. Locking doors for security requirement c. Stackable to maximize space The requested cabinet system must meet the specifications set form within Attachment: FA521526Q0014 - Item Description. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside using full and open competition. The NAICS code is 332311 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. All quotes and questions must be sent to 1st Lt Kasarah Hernandez at [email protected] and A1C Franz Yap at [email protected] on or before 2:00 PM, Hawaii Standard Time (HST), 27 July 2026. Delivery Information: Delivery is to be made FOB: Destination. The pallet racking systems shall be delivered and installed by the contractor at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii United States.
