Single Project RFP Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The Hawaii National Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of “KNMD209087 Construct Egress Shop located on the Hawaii Air National Guard campus, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

KNMD209087, F-22 Right Size: FY25 Egress Shop F-22, in accordance with Final Design/Construction Documents.

This project has a statutory cost limitation of $14M for Unspecified Minor Military Construction (UMMC) Project – Adjustment of Dollar Limitations for Location pursuant to 10 USC §2805.

Project Size: 3,200 SF This project involves the construction of a new egress maintenance facility adjacent to the HIANG Squadron Operations Facility, Building 3428.
