The 101st MSC Office is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of wireless communications infrastructure materials, conduit, grounding equipment, and supporting electrical hardware in support of the SC GASNTi2 BLOCK 1 project.

This procurement includes a mandatory requirement for a purchased ISO shipping container in which all materials must be delivered and stored.

Upon acceptance of delivery, title and ownership of the shipping container will permanently transfer to the United States Government.

All materials must strictly conform to the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and the attached List of Materials (LOM) (or approved "or-equal" equivalents).

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS (FAR 52.212-1 ADDENDUM) 2.1.

Submission Instructions Offerors must submit their quotes via email to the primary Government Points of Contact (POCs) listed below no later than September 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.

Late submissions will not be evaluated.

2.2.

Quote Package Requirements The quote package must include the following distinct elements: Technical Quote: A completed bill of materials pricing sheet matching the item numbers in Attachments (LOM).

Detailed product specification sheets for any proposed "or-equal" items, including a side-by-side comparison chart matching the salient characteristics defined in the LOM.

Conformance statement confirming that all materials will be delivered palletized for forklift transportation within a new or highly refurbished ISO shipping container that will become the permanent property of the Government upon delivery.

Price Quote: A firm-fixed-price (FFP) quote detailing unit and extended pricing for all LOM items.
