The Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $20,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00 Scope of Work: The scope of work shall generally consist of, but not limited to the following: The contractor will furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to complete the job to renovate building 14 AB and CD at FDR VA Medical Center, Montrose Campus. General Construction: ITEM I: The Contractor will furnish all new materials, equipment, supervision, and labor necessary to accomplish the work as described in the contract documents and any amendments issued prior to the Bid opening for Project 620-20-105, Renovate Building 14 AB for Residential Programs at Montrose Campus of the Hudson Valley Health Care System, New York. The project consists of the renovation of a 17,000 square foot floor to include 16 private bedroom/bathroom suites, full kitchen, 8 offices, day room, recreation room, laundry rooms, and associated therapeutic clinical and support spaces to provide specialized care for veterans suffering from unhoused conditions.
