General Construction: ITEM I: The Contractor will furnish all new materials, equipment, supervision, and labor necessary to accomplish the work as described in the contract documents and any amendments issued prior to the Bid opening for Project 620-20-105, Renovate Building 14 AB for Residential Programs at Montrose Campus of the Hudson Valley Health Care System, New York. The project consists of the renovation of a 17,000 square foot floor to include 16 private bedroom/bathroom suites, full kitchen, 8 offices, day room, recreation room, laundry rooms, and associated therapeutic clinical and support spaces to provide specialized care for veterans suffering from unhoused conditions.
