PURPOSE: The Nashville District (LRN), U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Commercial Construction Contract for the Powerhouse Door Coating at Dale Hollow.

DESCRIPTION: This procurement action is for a firm fixed-price construction contract to perform interior and exterior primer, paint, and stain removal on assembly bay door, man doors and visitor entrance doors trim and hardware.

Surface repair and/or replacement of rotten and weathered wood.

Stain and seal all wood on all door’s interior and exterior.

Paint all metal and associate hardware black interior and exterior.

PERFORMANCE LOCATION:USACE Dale Hollow Dam 305 Power House Road Celina, Tennessee 38551 Attention: Jacqueline Huff – Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The completion date for this contract is 140 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
