This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of performing ATON Repair & Replace Work in the San Francisco Area.

Major work items include: Contractor Provide all materials (excluding Government Furnished Material), labor, equipment and transportation required to accomplish work installing, replacing, removing, or refurbishing ATON structures in the SF Bay Area.

Work includes, but is not limited to: Standard ATON Maintenance work which includes removals, replacements, and repairs of damaged ATON structures.

See appendix A, appendix B, and attached specification for scope requirements.

ATON structure fabrication.

Structures will be constructed within in-water work window limitations.

The in water work windows applicable to this project are as follows: 1.

San Francisco Bay: 01 July – 30 November 2.

Sacramento River: 01 August – 15 September 3.

Bodega Bay: 01 October – 31 October ALL In-Water work must be completed by October 31, 2027.

All work will be performed in accordance with attached Specifications/Attachments/Drawings.

The procurement estimate is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

A Solicitation is estimated to be issued in September, 2026.

Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Oakland no later than 18:00 PM (06:00 PM) Pacific Time on Monday, September 14, 2026.
