This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.

This announcement constitutes only solicitation.

Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 12441926Q0044 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for fire sprinkler repairs as listed in the Statement of Work.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) requires the repair and reinspection of the fire sprinkler systems located in B1 and B2 of the USNPRC, 950 College Station Road, Athens, GA.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary to repair the listed deficiencies, perform the listed inspections and tests, and restore the system to compliance.

The contractor will inspect and tag the systems after repairs.

Contractor will provide a complete report of completed inspections and repairs.

The contractor will do so in accordance with project requirements, drawings, and applicable codes.

Where required, inspection and test results will be forwarded to the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $19 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

One site visit will be held on 18 September 2026 at 1000.
